Wedding Venue With Lodging

Many couples look for wedding venues with lodging. They often wonder if they and their guests can stay on site for their wedding weekend and we are proud to offer lodging at the Rough and Ready Vineyards Guesthouse.

In fact, all of our weddings are held outdoors, and our guesthouse is just that, a guesthouse!

Whether you are traveling from out of town or live locally in Northern California, it can be a great addition to be onsite and have as much time as you wish here. It is especially convenient if you are doing some of your own décor or want to get ready here at the vineyard, rather than at home or in a hotel and drive over. There are many reasons that most couples choosing to book lodging here, and convenience is at the top of the list!

About Our Vineyard Guesthouse

The Rough & Ready Vineyards Guesthouse has accommodations for up to 16 guests and is over 3,000 square feet. It has four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The Grand Suite features a luxurious king-sized bed and a huge bathroom complete with a romantic claw foot tub! The grand suite also features it’s own small refrigerator and microwave so it can truly be an oasis!

Our Vineyard Room has a queen bed with a beautiful antique armoire. Two other bedrooms as well as the sun room combine to provide twin or trundle beds for eight more people. Add to that the hide-a-beds in the living room and there is no shortage of sleeping space!

The open kitchen has a large butcher block counter that is the centerpiece of the room. It is truly an open concept room to create a spirit of togetherness for you, family, and friends!

The home has three porches, a gas grill, and beautiful views! Our 16 acres, as well as the surrounding roads, provide the perfect opportunity for walking and exploring. In fact, the road we are on, Cattle Drive, is a popular spot for walking or riding bikes since it is flat and has few cars.

The beauty parlor is often the room that gets used by wedding parties! Featuring a beauty sink and chair, all you need is a stylist for hair and make-up and everyone can get ready onsite. We also have a massage table if you’d like to bring in a masseuse for the morning of your special day.

One of the statements we hear most is that “there is room to spread out!” Simply put, there are big spaces! Even our laundry room has plenty of counter space to house your supplies you are making or bringing!

Our Wedding Barn Venue

As couples first drive onto our property, one of the first things they see past the vineyard is the guesthouse. In fact, many locals refer to our property as the “Wedding Barn Venue.” The red and white barn style home makes a stunning backdrop for couples looking at barn venues.

All of our weddings and receptions are outside, and our rustic décor and other touches can provide the barn venue feel you are looking for. As the sun sets, the twinkle lights come on and the property truly begins to sparkle. With our beautiful location and your chosen décor, we will help you create just the look you want for both your wedding ceremony and reception.

In fact, most couples looking for a wedding barn quickly realize that there are a variety of things they may not have considered when wanting to get married inside of a barn venue. In Northern California, one big consideration is air conditioning. Most rustic barn venues are not blowing cool air, or any air at all, and the couple may quickly find guests outside, getting fresh air. Dust can often be another consideration as many wedding barn venues just have dirt floors.

Our ceremony and reception sites are maintained with green lawns, and on many days there is a light breeze. Our heritage oaks provide shade and we provide you with a checklist of other things you may wish to consider to keep your guests cool and comfortable.
